Become a Member Nominated Trustee Director (MND)?
We’re looking for two members to join our Trustee Board and help run the Santander (UK) Group pension Scheme (‘the Scheme’).

Whatever your skills, if you are interested in being a part of running the Scheme we’d like to hear from you. We firmly believe a diversity of experiences and insights helps us make better decisions. The Trustee Board is made up of a combination of member nominated, employer nominated and independent trustees. This means we are able to benefit from a broad range of talents and experiences so that we can strive to deliver good outcomes for our members.

Applications are open. Submit your application form
Deadline for submitting your nomination.
If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to attend a 40 minute interview with the selection committee.
You’ll be contacted to let you know if you’ve been chosen as a new MND.
You will start the role, and shadow the current Trustee Board for the first six months.
The Role
You don’t need to be a pensions expert to be an MND. You should be willing to learn, and we’ll support you to develop new skills to help you fulfil the role.

- Can bring a fresh perspective to our discussions
